Esther Gómez
Human Resources and Administration Responsible
Esther Gómez, a Human Resources professional for more than ten years, has been part of multidisciplinary teams. With a degree in Art History from the Complutense University of Madrid, she has a master’s degree in PRL, HR Management, various courses on labour regulations, payroll and other seminars that keep her informed of changes in her sector.
In her career in this field she has been involved in recruitment, training, people management and resource planning, being also responsible for consolidating departments in order to continue growing.
Esther also has extensive experience in administration management, having been responsible for this department for more than seven years in the Madrid branch of a multinational IT company.
In her eagerness to improve the working environment, she has specialised in creating teams, training them in the vision of the company and integrating them, adapting methodologies, resources, processes, or creating them from scratch, always with the aim of helping to improve the health of the companies she has worked for.
