Nerea Goyoaga Del Valle de Lersundi, trilingual (English, French & Spanish) lawyer with substantive professional experience in the legal, accountability, and fragility landscape and the area of Rule of Law, including through the promotion and protection of human rights acquired while working with the United Nations (Haiti, Mali & United States of America), and with research institutions as well as in the Internacional Criminal Court.

She studied French & Spanish Law in the Universities Complutense (Madrid) and Sorbonne (Paris) as well as a Master in African Political Sciences in the School of Oriental and African Studies (London).
